Pro Lab Refund & Cancellation Policy – 1:1 Training

Because these trainings are private, hands-on, and require advance preparation, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policies carefully before booking:

Refunds

  • All payments for 1:1 training are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future training (subject to availability) if proper notice is given.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled training date.

  • If you request to reschedule with less than 14 days’ notice, your payment may be forfeited.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in a full forfeiture of payment.

Transfers

  • Bookings may not be transferred to another stylist without prior written approval.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule your training, you will have the option to reschedule to a new date or receive a full refund.
