Pro Lab Refund & Cancellation Policy – 1:1 Training
Because these trainings are private, hands-on, and require advance preparation, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policies carefully before booking:
Refunds
All payments for 1:1 training are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future training (subject to availability) if proper notice is given.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Reschedule requests must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled training date.
If you request to reschedule with less than 14 days’ notice, your payment may be forfeited.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in a full forfeiture of payment.
Transfers
Bookings may not be transferred to another stylist without prior written approval.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule your training, you will have the option to reschedule to a new date or receive a full refund.
