I’m a beauty blogger turned tight curl + natural hair specialist and educator who’s spent my entire career helping tight curl + naturals and professionals like you learn everything we were never taught about tight curl natural hair.   • Please arrive with hair that has been shampooed within the last 7 days.
    It doesn’t need to be freshly washed, but cleansed hair within that window helps ensure a smooth appointment and prevents us from spending unnecessary time detangling. Detangling should take no more than 30 minutes so we can focus on the care and styling you came in for.

  • Client appointments typically take between 3–4 hours, depending on the length, density, and condition of your hair. While the booking system may not always reflect this timing accurately, I recommend planning your day with this timeframe in mind to ensure you have the best experience possible.

  • When it comes to natural hair, the best way for me to consult is hands-on—right at the shampoo bowl. That’s why I offer a Wash & Go appointment for new clients. If you’re curious about what your hair can really do, I’d love for you to book this service and experience it for yourself.

  • There is metered parking available on Chicago Ave.
