Please arrive with hair that has been shampooed within the last 7 days.
It doesn’t need to be freshly washed, but cleansed hair within that window helps ensure a smooth appointment and prevents us from spending unnecessary time detangling. Detangling should take no more than 30 minutes so we can focus on the care and styling you came in for.

If you're flying in, Chicago has two international airports: Midway and O’Hare.
- Midway is approximately 10 miles from the salon.
- O’Hare is about 19 miles away.
Both are accessible by car or rideshare.
Client appointments typically take between 3–4 hours, depending on the length, density, and condition of your hair. While the booking system may not always reflect this timing accurately, I recommend planning your day with this timeframe in mind to ensure you have the best experience possible.
